In an effort to build governance capacities for smart and sustainable cities, 12 institutions from 8 different countries have joined the project that seeks to strengthen governance capacity for smart and sustainable cities: CAP4CITY

The main objective will be to help public and social actors to the different cities articulated to the project. Governance, urbanism, energy, the use of ICT, mobility, urban planning and the role of citizens are among the research topics.
